Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times vary based on location and courier services. Typical timelines are:
  • Local deliveries (within South Africa): 2–5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-2 business days

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're working on expanding our services, and when international shipping becomes available, we'll notify our community via email and update this policy. 

How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
