Is One More Time a Vape Company?
No, One More Time is a sustainability-driven engineering company on a mission to combat the growing problem of e-waste. We are no a vaping company, and we do not promote the use of vapes.
Our focus is on the responsible recycling of single-use vape devices to prevent them from ending up in landfills, where they can pose a serious environmental and health risk. These devices contain valuable components, particularly lithium-ion batteries, that still hold usable life.
By carefully recovering and repurposing these components, we transform them into durable, high-quality devices like power banks and other consumer devices. Why the V4?
The One More Night Version 4 was developed directly in response to valuable customer feedback. We heard from many users that our previous model's charging system was not as straightforward as it could be. Our goal was to create a more intuitive and hassle-free charging experience without compromising our flagship concept.
The Version 4 features a completely upgraded PCB (Printed Circuit Board) that offers enhanced functionality and greater convenience. This new design was built to make charging effortless, so you can power up devices quickly and with ease.
Are our products safe?
We completely understand any natural skepticism about products made from repurposed materials. Our mission is to prove that these items not only deserve a second life but can also be exceptionally safe and of high quality.
Every single product we create, including the One More Night power bank, is built using components that have been thoroughly inspected, tested, and verified for safety before we even consider them for reuse. We are especially meticulous with lithium-ion batteries, which are rigorously evaluated for their remaining capacity, charging stability, and physical integrity. Only batteries that pass our rigorous performance and safety standards are approved for repurposing.

How does the Dock work?
Simply plug the dock into a power source using the built-in USB-A cable. Place up to two One More Nights onto the charging ports - the Dock will automatically recognise each one and light up in their colour.
Does the Dock come with a power adapter?
No, The dock comes with a built-in USB-A cable that fits into most standard power blocks or adapters. You can use any compatible USB-A wall plug or device with a USB-A port.
Can I charge two One More Nights at the same time?
Yes! The Dock features dual charging ports, so you can charge two One More Nights simultaneously - each lighting up with its own colour and animation.
Is the Dock made from recycled materials?
Yes. Like all One More Time products, the Dock is made from recycled e-waste and reclaimed materials - proving that sustainability can look this good.
Does the Dock stick to the surface?
Yes! It features a reusable Gecko-grip base that holds securely to any smooth surface - desks, shelves, tables - without leaving residue.
Will the Dock work with other devices?
The Dock is designed specifically for One More Nights to ensure the right connection and lighting effects. Other USB-C devices may not be compatible.

Is it legal to sell products that are made from vapes?
Yes, we are fully authorized to sell products made from recycled vape devices. Our process strictly adheres to all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring every product we create is safe, compliant, and fit for consumer use.
We want to be clear: our products are not vapes. The original vape devices are completely dismantled and transformed, with only select components, such as the lithium-ion batteries and circuit parts, being used. No part of the original vape functionality remains.
Before any component is repurposed, it undergoes a comprehensive sanitation and cleaning process to eliminate all traces of nicotine, e-liquid, or residue. We use certified cleaning protocols and do thorough testing to ensure that every reused part is safe, non-toxic, and hygienic.
This transformation process not only makes the product safe, but it also redefines the life of any object once considered disposable.

Where do you get the vapes from?
We collect discarded vape devices through partnerships with e-waste facilities, manufacturers, and public recycling initiatives.

Can I donate my used vape device to One More Time?
We're currently expanding our public collection program to make it easier for everyone to be a part of the solution. By returning your used devices, you help us recover valuable materials and, in turn, prevent harmful waste from landfills.

What part of the vape do you reuse?
Our process allows us to safely recover and reuse batteries, structural castings, metal elements, internal wiring, and plastic components. By transforming these materials into eco-friendly tech, we reduce waste while creating reliable solutions for modern needs.
Even second-hand batteries are carefully tested, repurposed, and integrated into our designs to extend their lifespan and ensure dependable performance.

What happens to the parts you don't use?
Any components that cannot be reused are sent to certified facilities for ethical and environmentally responsible disposal, which is in full compliance with e-waste regulations.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, our focus is on providing the best possible service for our customers in South Africa, and currently only ship to addresses within the country.
We know there’s strong interest from our international community, and expanding our logistics network to reach more countries is a key focus for us. As soon as international shipping is available, we’ll share the news across our official channels, including our newsletter and social media.
Shipping information
Shipping within South Africa is typically completed in 3-5 business days. This timeframe can vary depending on your specific location, with deliveries to major metropolitan areas often arriving sooner. Please note that this excludes weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been placed, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible. As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel's journey and get real-time updates right to your door.
What's your return policy?

We want you to feel completely confident when you purchase from us. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase is right for you. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

- It must be unworn or unused.
- It must be in its original packaging, complete with all tags.
- You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

As a token of our commitment to your satisfaction, if your return is approved, we will cover the full cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
What is the warranty period?
All One More Time products come with a 6-Month warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or functional issues that arise during normal use. If something goes wrong, just reach out, and we’ll repair or replace your item as needed.
What are the payment options?
We offer a variety of secure payment methods to make your shopping experience easy and convenient:

How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
